Cool the Polar Roller in the refrigerator, or freezer if you like the extra cold. Gently roll the Polar Roller under your foot for a few minutes at a time, particularly near the heel bone. But don’t forget to do all the other stuff that you are supposed to do for plantar fasciitis such as stretching, arch supports, good shoes, strengthening and rest. Please don’t take too many pain killers. You need to get at the cause of the problem not mask it. Be patient, healing can take from weeks to months.
